Dear Synod,
 
Please hold Rev. Roy Washill in your prayers. Roy will be undergoing open heart surgery on Friday. Please pray for Lois, Kate and all his loved ones as they watch and wait and work with Roy through the days ahead in his recovery.
 
A prayer for healing:
Lord Jesus, you healed many as a sign of the reign of God come near and sent the disciples to continue this work of healing – with prayer, the laying on of hands, and anointing. In the name of Christ, the great healer and reconciler of the world, we now entrust to God Roy and all who are need of healing. Amen
